BookBuzzr Profile: Catherine’s Pascha

We’ve been so excited to watch the success our client Charlotte Riggle has had with her book, Catherine’s Pascha. And this week brings even more recognition for Charli — she’s been featured in an interview by BookBuzzr. She talks about her life in the Pacific Northwest, her motivation for writing the book, the process of working closely with an illustrator, and the best and worst parts of being a published author.

But wait, there’s more! Charli was also nice enough to talk about Undeniable and what it was like working with us to create the website for her book. We worked really hard not just to make a site that was clean and effective and mobile friendly — we worked really hard to help Charli learn everything we know about SEO. And the result is that she’s got the #1 ranking for her desired keywords. We call that a success!

But don’t just take it from us…

“She developed the design, and built it on WordPress. And then it was beautiful, and it worked on mobile devices, but it still wasn’t as findable as we wanted it to be. So Tami taught me everything I needed to know about SEO, and we started making spreadsheets: keywords, URLs, headings, the names of art files, all sorts of things that would affect search engine results. And then, once we were both happy with the spreadsheets, we scrubbed the site to implement the plans.

“Working with Tami was great fun. She’s creative, flexible, clear about what she can do for you and what’s better for you to do for yourself, and she’s encouraging and supportive. She wants your project to succeed as much as you want it to.”

There’s a reason Charli is one of our favorite clients. She works harder than anyone we’ve partnered with to keep her site in tip-top shape, and she’s devoted to learning everything she needs to know to be a strong digital businesswoman. That hard work got her the #1 spot in her category on Amazon, and we couldn’t be prouder! We can’t wait to see what she’s got up her sleeve next.
